Assisted Living Concepts is committed to helping prospective residents understand the choices and options available in our assisted living residences. Our residences operate under state regulations, which vary from state to state. Service offerings are contained in our Resident Agreement, which you are encouraged to review and understand before signing. The Resident Agreement is a legally binding contract and supersedes any advertised or verbal representations. As with any legally binding agreement it is recommended that you consult your legal counsel to ensure understanding before signing the agreement.
