Assisted Living Concepts is committed to helping older adults understand the choices and options available in our senior living communities. Our residences operate under state regulations, which vary from state to state. Service offerings are contained in our Residency and Rental Agreement, which you are encouraged to review and understand before signing. The Residency and Rental Agreement is a legally binding contract and supersedes any advertised or verbal representations. As with any legally binding agreement it is recommended that you consult your legal counsel to ensure understanding before signing the agreement.
